How to get to the Mayerhof Markt Wald
Munich (approx. 85 km):
From Munich, take the A96 towards Lindau/Memmingen. Passing the districts of Landsberg am Lech and Unterallgäu, continue towards Mindelheim, from where Markt Wald is only a few minutes away. Depending on traffic, the drive takes around 1 to 1.5 hours.
Augsburg (approx. 45 km):
Coming from Augsburg, take the B300 south-west through Bavarian Swabia towards Mindelheim. Markt Wald lies in the beautiful 'Stauden' region of the Unterallgäu.
Ulm / Memmingen (approx. 70 / 25 km):
From Ulm, take the A7 to Memmingen and continue on the B300 towards Mindelheim/Markt Wald. From Memmingen itself it's only around 25 minutes by car.

The historic old towns of Mindelheim and Memmingen are also not far. The world-famous Fuggerei near Augsburg is a must, and the royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau are perfectly reachable too. Families will enjoy the nearby Legoland theme park in Günzburg.
